What
is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 48 hours is requested to avoid a charge
equal to one visit

will you visit my pet?
Visit times are between 6:00 am and
9:00 pm. Visits made before 6:00 am or after 9:00 pm are
subject to an additional fee.

How
much notice do you need to schedule a visit?
As much advance notice you can give
is appreciated, especially during busy seasons. However,
we will try to accommodate any request for service.

do I pay you?
You have ten days to pay in full
after your last visit

if I have to stay longer or cut my trip short?
Please notify sitter of any changes
as soon as you can. We will do everything we can to accommodate
your situation.

Unfortunately, this is not allowed due to security and
